I took the one run option because I had less than two hours to gauge the best of Rome in my first visit.The bus' Roma Termini stop is in a border street of the main station, a few minutes walk from the trains and other transportation in the terminal.The boarding was easy, well organized, and the departure was on time. The bus was pretty comfortable, clean, and the seats in the second floor provided a great view of the places we went by.The earphones provided great syncing with the locations in the surroundings, and the information was available in many languages.I used Spanish and English, and both languages were perfect.The tour covered the main locations in Rome in less than two hours, and the views from the bus allowed us to take great pictures.Overall, it was a great way to experience Rome quickly and comfortably in a couple of hours.I will return to Rome but will schedule a few days to visit the marvelous locations that make the city so interesting.

My mom and me did the Rome tour and mostly enjoyed it. The audio guide in German was quite nice, though it felt like it the info was delayed sometimes. There were a couple of buildings the guide talked about that we were already way past when the info came (I don't know if those are triggered by GPS points or something, might have been a traffic thing, who knows).The paths the bus took were pretty good, there was lots to see! The only real gripe we had is that the bus was stopping for a looong time at some of the stops. There weren't anymore guests boarding or getting off and it would still just take ages to keep going.

Excellent bus service Great stops, clean buses, & great staff. I’m so glad we chose to do this as we wouldn’t have been able to see everything in foot or know what significance the monuments had. I’d definitely book again.
